Test: test_channel_communication_between_strands (or related)
Location: runtime/src/scheduler.rs:497
Symptom: Assertion failure - expected "Hello from sender!" but got "temporary string 0"
Frequency: Intermittent (passes on retry)
Platform: Observed in Linux CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
