Implemented a crude one for now. Lets you choose from std android locations and specify a sub dir. ie:

Pictures / MyAugie
DCIM / Camera

in the future will create a chooser dialog that optionally lets you look-then-create browser

also, there needs to be a global default. this is currently per-mode.
