some way for a photog to customize a phone and publish the apk that contains their mode config and ui styling and graphics.

maybe photog uses the ref phone in-phone builder. adds graphics and panel prefs, then pushes a button to enable the cloud compiler to build them a customized apk they can sell or give away.
